I’m sure some of you have heard of bussing issues with other districts in the area as well as across the nation! Fortunately, at this point, ABC Transit and Frye Transportation have confirmed that we have buses and drivers for our students. Some routes have changed so please check the Freedom website Saturday or Sunday for the updated routes.
As is typical each year and especially with new bus contractors, we need to ask for your patience and understanding. Buses may be late this first week or some may not show up. We’ll try our best to get all calls out if we are aware of late buses or buses which don’t show. Please know we’ll be working diligently with the contractors to get the issues resolved.
We’re just as excited as you are to have the students returning to school on Tuesday.
